Role: Community Mobiliser

About the position:
WOTR is looking for a motivated person as Community Mobiliser.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 2- 3 years relevant field experience
Job profile/ Scope of Work:
- Will work in close collaboration particularly with the project team of WOTR
- Will assist the Project Manager in planning, execution and monitoring of the social component of WOTR.
- Will assist in the social mobilization and organizational aspects of project implementation.
- Will attend Gram Sabha (as per requirement) and conduct meetings of SHG’s in common, SMS, VDC, checking SHG registers; update all the village level registers.
- Will conduct social and women related project level trainings.
- Linkage building between Govt. and line department for village development.
- To communicate all tools prepared by WOTR at village level and give proper information for better development.
- Will work in close collaboration with all the colleagues and the internal departments in your area of jurisdiction (concerned offices) and participate in all common tasks of the RRC.
- Will contribute towards developing WOTR’s social database, documentation, training modules preparation as and when required and Report preparation
- Will submit monthly planner and reports to the Project Manager.
- Any other work assigned by the organisation.
