Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and hardworking Commis Chef (Level 1 or 2) to join our team. You will assist in preparing desserts, pastries, and artisanal ice creams. If you love sweets, enjoy learning, and are excited about working with premium ingredients, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help prepare ice cream mixes and related products
- Assist in daily mise-en-place (kitchen setup)
- Work on plating and garnishing as guided
- Follow hygiene and safety rules in the kitchen
- Learn new techniques and recipes from senior chefs and strictly follow SOPs
- Keep your workstation clean and organized
- Support the team in day-to-day kitchen tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 6 months of pastry kitchen experience
- Basic knowledge of baking, mixing, and dessert prep
- Eagerness to learn about artisanal ice cream making
- Positive attitude and team spirit
- Willing to work in a fast-paced kitchen
- Punctual, responsible, and clean in work.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
