We're seeking a skilled Commis 1 to join our kitchen team. As a Commis 1, you'll assist senior chefs in food preparation, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Food Preparation:* Assist in food preparation, including chopping, peeling, and cooking ingredients.
2. *Kitchen Cleanliness:* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to hygiene standards.
3. *Food Presentation:* Help present dishes attractively and garnish as required.
4. *Inventory Management:* Assist in managing kitchen inventory, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels.
5. *Team Collaboration:* Work effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
*Requirements:*
1. *Experience:* Prior experience in a similar role or culinary training.
2. *Skills:* Basic cooking skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
3. *Certifications:* Food safety certification (if applicable).
