Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Sr. Commercial Executive (Tally Accountant) to handle day-to-day bookkeeping, Tally operations, and Excel-based financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with excellent hands-on experience in Tally and MS Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting operations.
· Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in Tally ERP.
· Prepare and maintain financial reports and statements in Excel.
· Assist in vendor payments, billing, reconciliation, and documentation.
· Support internal audits and coordinate with auditors as needed.
· Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.).
· Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts, vouchers, and other records.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Education: B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) or equivalent.
· Experience: 5 to 7 years in a similar commercial or accounting role.
· Location: Bhutan.
· Technical Skills:
Proficient in Tally ERP (must-have).
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
Voter ID is a must to work in Bhutan
