Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced College Professor to join our academic team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering quality education, guiding students, and contributing to the academic growth of the institution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct lectures, seminars, and discussions as per the curriculum
- Prepare and update lesson plans, notes, and assessments
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and projects
- Provide academic and career guidance to students
- Participate in department meetings and faculty development programs
- Maintain discipline and promote a positive learning environment
- Engage in academic research or institutional activities, as required
Requirements:
- Associate Degree or higher in any discipline (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2 to 5 years of teaching experience at college or higher secondary level
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, presentations)
