Key Responsibilities
- Handle collections for unsecured business loans and micro LAP.
- Ensure timely and effective follow-ups with clients.
- Manage customer interactions and resolve payment-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of collections and payment statuses.
- Achieve monthly collection targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in collections (preferably unsecured business loans or micro LAP).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries and concerns effectively.
- Positive attitude with a goal-driven approach.
