- Follow up with clients (distributors, dealers, contractors) for payment of outstanding invoices.
- Maintain regular communication with the sales team to align on customer payment behavior and credit status.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve payment discrepancies or disputes with customers.
- Prepare aging reports and analyze overdue accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collections status.
