Job Summary:
We are looking for a Tele Collection Executive to join our team and take responsibility for contacting customers to recover outstanding payments. The ideal candidate should have good communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers with pending payments.
- Explain the dues and payment terms to customers clearly.
- Follow up regularly with defaulters for payment recovery.
- Update collection status in the system accurately.
- Resolve customer queries and disputes related to payments.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for collection calls and recovery.
- Coordinate with field collection team if required.
Requirements:
- Good Communication.
- 2–5 years of experience in tele collections
- Good communication skills in [Hindi, English].
- Computer knowledge and Tally experiences
- Polite, persistent, and professional attitude.
