Job Description
The role involves supporting the collections department through back-office operations, maintaining accurate payment records, and coordinating with the field collection team. The ideal candidate should have experience in loan collections, good documentation skills, and basic computer knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain customer payment and overdue records in the system
- Coordinate with field collection executives for payment follow-ups
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports
- Handle customer queries related to payment status
- Escalate overdue cases to the concerned department as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Loan / Credit Card / NBFC collections (Back Office)
- Basic MS Excel and documentation skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Knowledge of loan collection processes preferred
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000
