Job Title: Barista/Coffee Maker

Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Barista to prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverages. You will be the face of Coffee Culture, delivering excellent customer service and ensuring each cup is made with care and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Maintain cleanliness of the barista station and equipment
- Greet customers and take orders with a smile
- Provide product recommendations and upsell items when appropriate
- Follow standard recipes and presentation guidelines
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies
- Support team members during peak hours
