Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Telesales Coordinator to join our team in West Fort, Thrissur. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, coordinating with customers, and supporting the sales team to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed product information.
- Coordinate with the sales team for order follow-ups and updates.
- Maintain and update customer database.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with leads.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
- Support administrative and communication needs of the sales department.
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English.
- Confidence in telephone conversations.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel).
- Ability to multitask and work in a team.
- Customer service and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹15,500.00 per month
