- Material Handling:Load and unload materials onto the machine, securing them properly for cutting or shaping.
- Monitoring and Adjustment:Observe the machine's operation, ensuring it's functioning correctly and producing parts according to specifications. Make adjustments to machine settings (speed, feed, etc.) as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Quality Control:Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards, using measuring tools as needed.
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting:Perform routine maintenance on the router machine, such as cleaning and lubrication, and troubleshoot minor issues or malfunctions.
- Safety Compliance:Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Record Keeping:Maintain production records, documenting output, defects, and any issues encountered.
- Collaboration:Work with other team members, such as supervisors, setup technicians, or maintenance personnel, to ensure smooth production and address any problems.
