Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled CNC/VMC Programmer to join our precision manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC/VMC machines to produce high-precision components .
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and modify CNC/VMC programs using G-code and CAM software
- Set up machines and tools as per job specifications
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
- Perform trial runs and make necessary adjustments to programs
- Monitor machining operations and ensure high-quality output
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and basic troubleshooting
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with design and production teams for optimization
Requirements:
- Diploma / ITI / NCVT in Mechanical or related discipline
- 1–5 years of hands-on experience in CNC or VMC programming
- Proficient in G-code programming and CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, etc.)
- Strong understanding of machining tolerances and tool selection
- Ability to operate CNC Turning and Milling machines
- Knowledge of Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi controllers is a plus
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
