Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines to manufacture precise parts according to blueprints and specifications.
- Perform routine inspections using measuring tools (micrometers, calipers) to ensure product quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues to ensure smooth production.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
- Document production data and assist with tracking machine performance and downtime.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred).
- Proven experience operating CNC machines . (ANCA 5 AXIS)
- Strong understanding of blueprints, technical drawings, and CNC programming.
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments for quality control.
- Good problem-solving skills and a team-oriented attitude.
