Job Description:
We are seeking skilled CNC Milling & Turning Operators with 2–4 years of hands-on experience for our precision engineering/manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in operating and setting CNC machines, understanding technical drawings, and maintaining production quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor CNC Milling or Turning machines
- Set tools and offsets as per job specifications
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD models
- Conduct routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Measure and inspect components using precision instruments (Vernier, micrometer, etc.)
- Ensure quality output and follow daily production schedules
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in CNC Milling and/or Turning
- Hands-on experience with setting up and operating CNC machines
- Ability to read technical drawings and job specifications
- Knowledge of different types of materials (aluminum, steel, etc.)
- Willing to work in shifts
- Must be dependable and team-oriented
