- Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to perform turning, drilling, threading, and other operations.
- Load and edit CNC programs (G-Code / M-Code) as per job requirements.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job orders.
- Inspect finished components using Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and Gauges to ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and tool changes.
- Adhere to safety standards and maintain a clean working environment.
- Report machine issues, breakdowns, or quality concerns to supervisors.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- ITI / Diploma in Machinist, Turner, or CNC Operator trade.
- 1–4 years of experience in CNC lathe machine operations.
- Hands-on knowledge of Fanuc / Siemens controllers preferred.
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings and machining processes.
- Precision-focused, quality-oriented, and safety-conscious.
