- Assisting with Meals:Helping patients with eating and drinking, and maintaining accurate records of food and fluid intake.
- Maintaining a Safe Environment:Ensuring the ward or clinical area is clean, tidy, and safe for patients.
- Record Keeping:Accurately documenting patient care, observations, and any changes in their condition.
- Communication:Effectively communicating with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Stock Management:Ordering and maintaining adequate levels of medical supplies.
- Following Instructions:Following established protocols and procedures under the guidance of registered practitioners.
- Teamwork:Working effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
