Clinic Administrator – Bangalore

A leading US-based pediatric healthcare brand is launching its first center in Bangalore, and we are seeking a Clinic Administrator to join our founding team.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 2+ years in healthcare operations or clinic/hospital administration

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily clinic operations, including appointment scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, maintain records, and manage clinic licenses
• Work closely with pediatric consultants, nursing staff, and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Oversee inventory management, vendor relationships, billing processes, and consumables
• Assist with the recruitment, onboarding, and training of non-clinical staff

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
