- Primary role of servicing clients and over-seeing day-to-day operations of the various projects/campaigns of the client
- Understanding client’s business and relationship marketing requirements
- Meeting up with the clients & taking brief from them.
- Pitching to clients for new projects
- Generate revenues from the serviced accounts
- De-briefing other departments, such as Creative, Operations, and Technology, and to oversee that the work is done in tandem with the client’s brief
- Working knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint
- Experience in handling different CRMs.
- Ability to handle escalations and pacify irate clients.
- Excellent verbal and written English language capability. Good logical reasoning and analytical abilities.
- Experience required:- Fresher to 3 years
