Client Servicing and Communication

• Primary role of servicing clients and over-seeing day-to-day operations of the various projects/campaigns of the client
• Understanding client’s business and relationship marketing requirements
• Meeting up with the clients & taking brief from them.
• Pitching to clients for new projects
• Generate revenues from the serviced accounts
• De-briefing other departments, such as Creative, Operations, and Technology, and to oversee that the work is done in tandem with the client’s brief
• Working knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint
• Experience in handling different CRMs.
• Ability to handle escalations and pacify irate clients.
• Excellent verbal and written English language capability. Good logical reasoning and analytical abilities.
• Experience required:- Fresher to 3 years
