- Mark and code packages accurately according to delivery areas.
- Organize and segregate packages for smooth dispatch and delivery.
- Deliver packages safely and on time to customer locations.
- Meet and interact with customers to build strong relationships and promote company services.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve service quality.
- Maintain delivery records, receipts, and ensure proper documentation.
- Support business development initiatives by presenting company services to potential customers.
