Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring long-term engagement.
- Understand client needs and support seamless product/service adoption.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards using MS Excel & PowerPoint.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success and retention.
- Meet and exceed defined success KPIs and performance targets.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Client Success / Client Relationship / Account Management.
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal & written).
- Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint.
- Customer-oriented, target-driven, and professional in approach.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
