Role Overview
Responsible for managing all made-to-measure and customised orders, acting as the link between clients, designers, and internal teams. Ensures orders are processed accurately, queries resolved quickly, and follow-ups handled with the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Process MTM and bespoke orders with designers; ensure all details are accurate.
- Track and follow up on orders to meet agreed timelines.
- Communicate updates to clients and resolve queries with professionalism.
- Liaise with designers, consultants, merchandising, and finance for smooth order flow.
- Maintain precise records and ensure payments/approvals are in order.

- Previous experience in luxury fashion or client services preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
