Role: Client Service Quant
Location: Remote (Collaboration via Slack)
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, rotational shifts (9:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST or 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM IST)
Remuneration: ₹3,00,000 per annum (₹25,000/month)
Probation: 3 months (₹15,000/month during probation)
Role Summary:
Tradetron is hiring a detail-oriented Client Service Quant to provide exceptional support to clients via chat and calls, addressing technical and non-technical issues in a fast-paced trading environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver prompt and effective client support through chat and calls.
- Resolve technical and non-technical issues, including trading-related inquiries.
- Provide professional and empathetic client interactions.
- Collaborate with the team via Slack for seamless operations.
- Troubleshoot efficiently and guide clients through complex scenarios.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of trading, focusing on major Indian exchanges (stocks, options, derivatives).
- Familiarity with trading jargon and market dynamics.
- Prior trading experience (mandatory).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and email-writing skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to handle complex issues.
- Strong business acumen and ability to thrive under pressure.
- Punctual, adaptable to rotational shifts, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
