Job Title: Executive/SE-CRR
Job Summary: The Executive/SE-CRR will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This role involves collaborating with various departments to deliver exceptional service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Identify and address client needs and concerns
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients
- Monitor and report on client satisfaction and feedback
- Assist in the development of strategies to enhance customer experience
- Manage client accounts and ensure timely follow-ups
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1 - 4 years of experience in customer relationship management or sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as needed
