Client Relationship Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a Client Relationship executive to support our sales and marketing teams with solution positioning, proposal building, and client interactions. This role is perfect for someone who blends technical understanding with storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with sales teams to prepare winning proposals and presentations.
• Understand client needs and map them to our product solutions.
• Conduct product demos and support RFP/RFI processes.
• Collaborate with marketing to create case studies, brochures, and sales kits.
• Analyze competitor offerings and provide insights for positioning.

Requirements

• 2+ years of pre-sales or solution consulting experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills.
• Ability to understand technical solutions and explain them simply.
• Experience in SaaS, enterprise IT, or related industries preferred.
