Key Responsibilities:
Handle client queries & complaints promptly and professionally
Promote memberships, family cards & corporate wellness programs
Follow-up with irregular clients (Slimming & Beauty) to improve engagement
Maintain centre discipline, hygiene, and a positive atmosphere
Assist in systematic cash handling, register maintenance & reporting
Attend trainings, share learnings, and support team development
✔ Desired Profile:
MBA in Sales & Marketing
1 year experience in client servicing / sales
Willing to travel, accept additional responsibilities & relocate if required
Strong communication, problem-solving & people skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
