Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to new and existing clients through calls, emails, and messages.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients based on trust and consistent support.
- Actively listen and empathize to understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points.
- Address customer queries and concerns professionally and on time.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling and pitch relevant services.
- Follow up with leads and prospects for sales conversion.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate client records, follow-up logs, and communication history.
- Conduct feedback calls and ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve the customer experience.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline(2023-2025)
- Experience in customer service or tele-sales is a plus
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome
