Job Description:
We are hiring female candidates for the role of Client Relationship Associate for an NGO-based calling process. The role involves connecting with donors and supporters over the phone, building trust, and maintaining long-term engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential supporters
- Explain NGO campaigns and encourage contributions
- Maintain follow-up and relationship-building with contacts
- Keep accurate records of conversations and updates
- Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th pass qualification
- Good verbal communication skills (Hindi is a must; English is a plus)
- A positive attitude, empathy, and confidence on call
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and CRM is an advantage
