Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Cladding Operator to join our team in Bellary, Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have experience operating cladding machinery and a good understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate cladding machines and related equipment safely and efficiently
- Prepare materials and surfaces for cladding as per project requirements
- Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines
- Work closely with the production team to meet daily targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Cladding Operator (preferred)
- Knowledge of cladding processes and safety procedures
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/instructions
- Physically fit and capable of working in an industrial setting
- Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented
