Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and responsible Site Supervisor to join our team for an ongoing project in Munnar. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring day-to-day site activities, coordinating with workers and contractors, ensuring quality and safety standards, and assisting in timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage civil / interior works on-site
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, and project engineers
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and project timelines
- Monitor material usage and site progress
- Report daily progress and issues
Requirements:
- Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Civil (preferred but not mandatory if experienced)
- Prior experience in civil / interior works as per requirement above
- Ability to handle site independently
- Willingness to stay in Munnar for the duration of the project
