- Supervision and execution of civil renovation and interior works for buildings.
- Accurate site measurements and quantity estimations.
- Material planning, procurement coordination, and inventory tracking.
- Labour management and on-site workforce coordination.
- Liaison with clients, consultants, and other contractors for project alignment.
- Preparation of daily/weekly progress reports and documentation.
- Measurement verification, contractor billing, and work certification.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, Email, etc.).
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
