Key Responsibilities:
1- Clinical Oversight:
- Supervise patient care pathways and streamline admission, treatment, and discharge protocols.
- Guide the nursing staff to ensure evidence-based care delivery.
2- Administrative Leadership:
- Lead hospital operations with focus on clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
3- Strategic and Entrepreneurial Growth:
- Develop and implement strategies for hospital service expansion (new departments, super-specialty services).
- Build clinical programs (diabetes, hypertension, cardiac rehab, geriatric care) aligned with community needs.
- Identify revenue growth areas and patient service improvement opportunities.
