Key Responsibilities
- Conduct online chess classes for students (beginners to advanced levels).
- Develop lesson plans, training materials, and practice exercises suited to different age groups.
- Teach students chess rules, strategies, tactics, and techniques to improve gameplay.
- Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and prepare performance reports.
- Organize chess competitions, tournaments, and practice matches within the school.
- Motivate students to develop analytical and decision-making skills through chess.
- Stay updated with new chess training methodologies and tools.
- Collaborate with the academic and extracurricular team to integrate chess into overall student development programs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not mandatory if strong chess expertise).
- Certification or recognition from a chess federation/academy is an advantage.
- Proven experience as a Chess Trainer/Coach (online or offline).
- Strong knowledge of chess rules, openings, middlegame strategies, and endgame techniques.
- Ability to teach students across various age groups with patience and creativity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, etc.).
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
