Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and personable Chef on the Floor to join our culinary team. This role combines high-level culinary skills with exceptional customer service, as the chef works directly on the dining floor to prepare, present, and sometimes cook dishes tableside, while engaging with guests. The ideal candidate is a culinary professional who thrives in a guest-facing environment, enhancing the dining experience through interaction, expertise, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Interaction: Engage with guests on the dining floor, explaining dishes, answering culinary questions, and receiving feedback.
Presentation: Prepare and present high-quality dishes in front of guests, ensuring aesthetic appeal and consistency.
Live Cooking: Execute tableside or open kitchen cooking techniques (e.g., flambé, carving, plating, etc.) as required.
Collaboration: Work closely with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
Bachelors in Hospitality

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
