- Identifying customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide appropriate solutions within time limits.
- Keep records of customer interactions.
Education Qualification & Experience:
- Candidate must be a graduate
- Candidate must know Laptop Use
- Candidate must have at least 1 Year of experience in Customer Support
