Job Overview:
We are hiring experienced International Customer Support Executives to handle customer queries via chat for a global client. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in international chat support, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first attitude. This is a remote position for candidates based in Ahmedabad or Gandhinagar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and issues via live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Meet individual and team performance targets and KPIs.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment with flexibility to adapt to different shifts.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an international customer support.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment for remote work.
- Must be based in Ahmedabad or Gandhinagar.
