About the Role
We are seeking a Certified Scrum Master with 4–7 years of proven experience in Agile delivery and Scrum practices. The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding development teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring smooth delivery of projects in a collaborative remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a servant leader and coach for Scrum teams.
- Facilitate all Agile ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Reviews.
- Ensure the team adheres to Scrum principles, values, and practices.
- Work closely with Product Owners to manage backlogs and ensure clarity of user stories.
- Track and communicate team progress through Agile metrics and reports.
- Remove blockers and foster an environment of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project delivery aligns with business goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM I/II or equivalent).
- 4–7 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe preferred).
- Experience in managing distributed or remote teams.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in IT services/product-based organizations.
- Exposure to cloud platforms or DevOps practices.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
