- Job Role: CENTRAL ADMINISTRATION SUPERVISOR
- Educational Qualification: Diploma, B.Tech (May or may not be), any other certification etc
- Contract Management - Technical Evaluation & Project Tracking
- Experience in making central contracts & amendments in contracts
- Managing contract repository system
- End-to-end contract workflow. Drafting of contract for team leads making sure it meets business objectives and legal standards
- Experience in procurement (Supplier identification & onboarding)
- Vendor code & indent creation in CL03
- Checking of bills and arrangement of vendor payments accordingly.
- Travelling at various MSIL locations (Gujarat/Manesar & Kharkhoda) for various projects as & when required
- GANT Chart preparation & it’s monitoring
- Contract Management
- Team Player
- Proficiency in MS-Excel, Financial ERP & SAP systems
- An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
