We’re looking for a proactive and socially conscious individual to manage our center in Siwan under a government-supported initiative. This role calls for a strong leader who can drive operational excellence, foster team collaboration, and engage meaningfully with the local community.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the center
- Assign tasks and guide staff to meet project objectives efficiently
- Track performance metrics and improve service delivery standards
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members to build capacity
- Promote teamwork and maintain clear internal communication
- Design and execute development plans aligned with project goals
- Uphold ethical standards and ensure transparency in all activities
- Build trust and engagement within the local community
- Ensure adherence to government protocols and reporting requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Strong leadership and team coordination experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to organize, delegate, and manage multiple responsibilities
