The CCTV Operator ensures patient, staff, and asset safety by monitoring surveillance systems, responding to incidents, and maintaining security equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor live CCTV feeds to detect threats, safety risks, or unauthorized access.
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies by alerting security/medical teams.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV equipment.
- Manage and secure video footage in compliance with privacy laws.
- Prepare incident reports and support investigations.
- Coordinate with hospital staff, security, and law enforcement when required.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in CCTV and security systems.
- Strong observation and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay focused under pressure.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and hospital security protocols.
