Cashier – Ticket Window

Job Summary:
We are hiring a friendly and responsible Cashier for our ticket counter. The ideal candidate should be able to handle cash & digital payments and communicate well with customers in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle ticket sales at the counter (Cash, Card, UPI).
- Provide correct information about ticket rates, offers & packages.
- Issue tickets and entry wristbands accurately.
- Maintain daily cash reports and submit to accounts.
- Ensure polite and smooth customer service.
- Manage customer queues at the ticket window.
Requirements:
- 12th pass or graduate.
- Basic computer and billing knowledge.
- 1–2 years of cashier or front office experience preferred.
- Must know English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Honest, punctual, and responsible.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
