We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter Supervisor with in-depth knowledge of all types of wooden structures including sofa frames, chairs, tables, consoles, beds, wall paneling, and more. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership qualities and hands-on experience managing a team of carpenters in a furniture manufacturing setup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide the carpentry team in daily operations
- Ensure production of high-quality wooden furniture and structures as per design specifications
- Oversee fabrication of sofa frames, chairs, tables, beds, consoles, wall panels, etc.
- Maintain production timelines and ensure timely completion of work
- Monitor inventory and coordinate material requirements with the procurement team
- Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to safety standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in furniture and carpentry supervision
- Excellent knowledge of wooden frame construction and furniture fabrication
- Strong team management and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and designs

Pay: ₹16,777.83 - ₹40,253.18 per month
