Role Overview
You will guide students in selecting the right course based on their interests and career goals, helping them turn their queries into successful admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Student Counselling: Understand each student’s background, aspirations, and skills to suggest the most suitable course.
- Query Conversion: Proactively follow up with potential students to convert genuine enquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Interactive Communication: Build strong rapport through excellent listening and engaging conversation skills.
- Outbound Calling: Reach out to prospective students, explain course details, admission procedures, and highlight career growth opportunities.
Skills Required
- minimum 1 year work experience in any software training institute
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
- Ability to explain information in a simple and inspiring way.
- Passion for guiding and motivating students toward the right career path.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
