- Greet guests politely upon arrival and departure, offering assistance with doors and luggage if required.
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely and courteous manner.
- Maintain records of vehicle details, keys, and parking locations to avoid errors.
- Follow proper procedures for handling and securing vehicle keys.
- Inspect vehicles for any existing damage upon receipt and report any incidents immediately.
- Ensure smooth traffic flow at the hotel/restaurant entrance.
- Provide guests with information or directions if requested.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet parking area.
- Comply with all traffic, safety, and company policies.
- Handle guest complaints or escalate them to the supervisor when necessary.
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid driver’s license (LMV/Commercial as per requirement).
- Prior experience as a valet driver or professional driver preferred.
- Excellent driving skills with knowledge of manual and automatic vehicles.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional grooming, polite manners, and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays).
