- Greet and assist customers in identifying suitable car accessories based on their needs.
- Explain features, benefits, and pricing of products to customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of car accessories, new arrivals, and market trends.
- Ensure proper product display and merchandising in the showroom.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payment collection when required.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships for repeat business.
- Coordinate with suppliers and the inventory team for stock management.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide after-sales support.
