Job Summary:
We are seeking a competent and organized Campus Incharge to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our campus in Secunderabad, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for academic coordination, administration, staff supervision, student discipline, safety, and smooth execution of all campus activities. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and hands-on operational experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily campus operations and ensure adherence to institutional policies
- Supervise teaching and non-teaching staff and coordinate their schedules and duties
- Ensure smooth academic and administrative functioning of the campus
- Act as the primary point of contact for students, parents, and staff
- Monitor student attendance, behavior, and discipline
- Ensure proper maintenance of campus infrastructure and facilities
- Handle admissions, inquiries, and student onboarding processes
- Coordinate events, examinations, and other campus-level activities
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to academics and administration
- Liaise with central departments (HR, finance, academics, etc.) for coordination and compliance
- Implement safety and emergency protocols and ensure a secure campus environment
Requirements:
- Associate Degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 3 – 4 years of experience in campus administration, education management, or operations
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and MS Office tools
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work under pressure
- Problem-solving attitude and proactive decision-making skills
