Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
- Provide information about available rooms and services
- Record customer details, requirements, and feedback accurately
- Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth bookings
- Maintain call logs and daily reporting
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM preferred)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Prior experience in customer service or telecalling will be an advantage
Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month (plus incentives)
