ü Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
ü Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
ü Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
ü Seize opportunities to upsell services when they arise
ü Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
ü Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
ü Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
ü Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
(Any other work assigned from time to time by the hospital management)
