Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
Provide accurate information about Vibes Health Care services.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.
Maintain customer records and document interactions accurately.
Upsell and cross-sell products/services where appropriate.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets related to call handling and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members and management to improve processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: [High School Diploma / Graduate / Any relevant qualification]
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and patience.
Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of healthcare-related services is an advantage.
Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software.
