Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests, surveys, or sales opportunities
- Resolve customer complaints or issues with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Follow communication scripts, policies, and procedures
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments
- Meet performance targets such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and quality metrics
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Perform data entry and maintain detailed call logs
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer experience

Salary up to:- 25,000 /-
